I wouldn't expect poor service from bmw
The level of service I received was everything I had expected and had received on every other occasion I'd taken my car in to have work.

Not all works were carried out as requested. Service interval on car not reset, necessitating in a revisit.

I had to take my car back on Saturday to have work done which was not done on the Friday. Red warning lights saying do not drive 10 miles after being serviced is not great. And the promised lift back to the dealership didn't materialise.
I believe the Service Leader has tried to contact you since this feedback. We are very sorry you had a poor experience when visiting Stratstone Leeds; this is certainly not our usual standard and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Service was generally excellent. My service advisor Kayleigh Evans was very helpful. Courtesy car provided promptly. Good communication.However, the suggested solution to the issue I raised with my car seemed excessive.

I had to pop the car into the garage becusss someone had driven into it, was jus a slight nudge however the staff were great booked me straight in and checked it over.
Easy to access and plenty of service desk staff available when checking in/out. The chauffeur service was also a big plus
The experience was ok, but there are a lot of very junior staff working at the dealership which sometimes means their eye for detail and ultimate customer satisfaction isn't as excellent as it could be.

My care required a quality upgrade sooner that had been indicated. I was unable to secure an appointment on the day of my choice but it was arranged that my care would be collected from home and returned to me the folllowing day.

The service team were very helpful and did their best to get a servicing slot which suited me. The booking process was easy and I received e-mail/text confirmation. One the day all work was carried out it was completed on time & my car was cleaned .

I am a customer service person myself and. The service is ok reception very nice the service reception lady great..I was attended by Kayleigh she was lovely and I was very happy with the way she attended me ,all my issues were dealt with except one
Having taken my vehicle for the brakes making noise I was told this was common. When asked if it's a defect the answer is no. How can it be common... I've not experienced it for the past 22 years of driving. Staff lack integrity

I was happy with works completed. However, information was poorly communicated to fellow colleagues and therefore to myself.
I am sorry that communication was poor, this is not what we would expect. I have shared this with the service team and hope you have a better experience in future.
Car dropped off at 8am. I was sent an email and video mid morning showing me the results of the service. Collected car at lunch time, serviced, cleaned outside and in.

Made sure I was happy and comfortable with everything. Getting the courtesy car and collecting mine back was hassle free.
The service was excellent. It's only that I was pressed for time and had a long trip coming. Trying to find an urgent slot for essential work to be done was difficult
I've had to bring the car back 4 times in 3 months for problems tonne fixed. It will be 5 times when I bring it back 22nd July as you have failed to fix the problem last weekend. I'm getting bored of planning my weekends around BMW!

Requested an equivalent courtesy car (X3) as I have 2 small children and prams etc. Had to struggle with the i3 as 'this was the last remaining car'.

Upon trying to make a reservation for the fault to be resolved I was advised it would be over two weeks before the first appointment. Yet when buying the car a next day collection and repair service was offered for the same fault.

The car was returned un washed with grease and finger prints all over the bonnet and all over the white leather interior!!!!

The car was made available earlier than estimated which fit in perfectly with my time.
It takes me 1hr to get to Stratstone Leeds - I set of at 6:45am arriving just after 8am - told I was early for my appointment, [30 mins], and I should keep to my allocated time. Loan car very little diesel - needed to top up before I could get home.
I am sorry to learn of your poor experience. I will share this with the service team, as this is not the service we would normally expect for our customers.

Booked weeks in advance for a brake fluid change on a "while you wait" basis/ Arrived 20 minutes early for a 10am appointment but wasn't able to leave until 12.30 as the car was not ready. I was told it was a 2 hour appointment. Not good enough.

First time resolution not given. No effort to provide me with any type of compensation for the inconvenience and LACK of customer service that was given to me. STILL don't have the correct M. O. T. certificate

Over all for my first experience I was disappointed,had a sit and wait appointment which over run by nearly an hour even though no extra work was required and the complimentary valet was in my opinion sub standard bearing in mind this is BMW

For the same reasons as above, I didn't feel the people working on my car treated it with the care that they should when working on expensive cars or any car for that matter.
Stratstone use BMW qualified technicians for all service work and we have every confidence in the work they carry out, however I am sorry that you have not had a great experience. I have fed back your comments to the service leader to share with the team.
Everything was done on times given by the team.

The process from beginning to end was smooth, my requirements taken into account at all stages and ultimately I received a deal and car I was very happy with.
After we paid our deposit to secure the car, it was sold to someone else by another dealership. This meant that we had a longer wait for the new car!However, Daniel Robson was great. Ashlee Hagan handed over the car and was extremely knowledgeable!!
