Helen in service was exceptional. Very professional while engaging and knowledgeable. She handled a very difficult situation, where you had the car for two weeks in the end, in a way that didnt tarnish the service experience.

Initially the service centre said I could wait on my car and when I arrived the girl who dealt with me had to correct me on the information given. Luckily for BMW she was great and managed to arrange a courtesy car for me. Her name was Kayleigh Evans
I managed to get booked in at short notice, was able to wait for my car to be serviced along with a complimentary wash and vac which was done to a high standard

Great service from booking through to picking my car back up after its service.
Not 100% happy - 3 stars due to the service manager who was responsible for my service calling me ahead of the pick up and being annoyed at the distance the driver would have to travel.This was not my fault and I didn't appreciate the negativity.

Car repaired first time with no problems
Both service representatives that dealt with me were very polite and helpful.
Everyone was very polite and helpful, the facilities for being able to work while I was waiting for my car also added to my satisfaction.

I found the booking process easy and stratstone front office reception, service personnel ( Shaun Croft) very pleasant and attentive. My car was repaired on time and had a full valet . Great service ??

I have been in twice for a "two hour" service while you wait, and it has taken 3+ hours each time. The first they didn't have the tyres in for my vehicle - I'm surprised that this wasn't standard inventory, and that I have to come back.

I would definitely recommend stratstone to anyone. I took my car in due to the tyre warning light been on, the service advisor was really helpful and informative but the problem was caused by low pressure so they pumped the tyres up and away I went.
BMW explained the problem with the car and ordered the parts, expected a bill of around £800 when I collected the car I was told there would be no charge as after a re-inspection they found the problem to be caused by a broken wire! fixed no charges!
Everything carried out as planned. Plus extras with lifts and car cleaned.
Because I was treated so appallingly in Harrogate - Liam completely restored my faith in the BMW brand. He clearly gets up in the morning with the aim of exceeding customer expectations - whereas the opposite is the case with those at Harrogate.
The price for the works required where on the high side and was able to get it done cheaper elsewhere
Friendly /expert service
Problem resolved even though I didn't have an appointment and everything handled seamlessly by Liam on the service desk.
After a few issues regarding availability of parts Shaun was very helpful and provided a perfect solution to the issues and kept me up to date on progress.He is a credit to the team.

The customer service is overall good. The thing missing was a phone call to tell me the vehicle was ready and to arrange my transport back to the service centre, despite this being promised.
I have the satisfaction of knowing my car as been well serviced.
