I arrived early but the team still booked my car straight in and it was ready quicker than I expected, I chose to wait at the dealership whilst the works were completed and Kayleigh & Liam on the service desks looked after me throughout my visit.
... brought my car in for.I requested my car was cleaned during every call - this was confirmed on the phone, then when I came to pick my car up, I had to wait 20 for it to be done.I was over charged when I came to pay and had to explain the bill..
BMW were great, unfortunately my warranty company werent.
Arrived at the garage for 9am was asked to go to the service desk, young lady took all my details and what was wrong with my car as it had a recall, I was having a loan car asked for my driving licence advised her that I did not have this.

When i purchased the car at the end of November the car was prepped and also breaks were cleaned etc as agreed. Now iv been told they need stripping and cleaning again for £150 and its only been 2/3 months that i have owned the car.

The car service was conducted ok and on time. However on return to my car I did have to ask the service team to reset the 'next service' indicator, as it was showing an incorrect mileage/date for the next service. This was corrected straight away.

Stratstone Leeds have fixed the issue that Doncaster said didnt exist!

Great service from all the team at Stratone Leeds to fit me in at a moments notice, then resolve the issues with my tyres.
Although the fault could not be identified the team tried their best to locate the issue. I was kept up to date at all times. The car was washed and vacced when I arrived to collect too
Service experience was nice. Only problem with courtesy car didn't have enough fuel to go to the next service station, it s available fuel showing nothing left.

My car was returned with damage to the steering wheel-I now keep cutting my thumb! And Bmw want me to pay for the courtesy car while they fix it!!!!
Booked in at 0900 by phone, text changed time to 1030, digital mileage indication static on return and told it was nothing to do with service, door seal not replaced under warranty, said fair wear and tear yet the car is 2 years old and 7k mls.

I had to asked what 'non-genuine' value meant on the text report. It wasn't till I asked, that he said it would have been replaced under the warranty if it had been genuine. Took car back to JCT600 and got work done for free as bought approved USED

Service was fine but when I picked the car up all my settings had been changed ie seat and mirrors. I accept that slight alterations need to be made but the interior mirror was facing the car roof and the side mirrors were way out.

My only gripe is that Stratstone were not aware of a suspension update that I was able to find myself through internet forums. I also advised of a knock on the rear hatch latch mechanism but this was not fixed. I have since solved this issue myself.
There are always room for improvement.

Helen in service was exceptional. Very professional while engaging and knowledgeable. She handled a very difficult situation, where you had the car for two weeks in the end, in a way that didnt tarnish the service experience.

Initially the service centre said I could wait on my car and when I arrived the girl who dealt with me had to correct me on the information given. Luckily for BMW she was great and managed to arrange a courtesy car for me. Her name was Kayleigh Evans

My car was ready on time, no hassle customer service was very good very welcoming and always happy to help and ready to listen and works around what we wanted the sales person was on the case very helpful.
