This is the 3rd dealership I have take the car to for the same problem (fuel cap not releasing when warm) and they actually listened to what I had to say, made comprehensive notes for the engineers and took time to diagnose the problem and fix it.
I had Lexus and Audis previously, in every aspect this is the worst overall experience in 15 plus years

Took car in for mot. Service and fault. Mot and service ok but fault told fixed by one. When went back told not fixed ought cos could not find fault. But yet its still there. No confidence in your technicians when other technicians can find it.
The advisor on the day has been unhelpful (not the one that booked me online) and had a very arrogant tone overall that made you feel inferior. I couldnt believe it really. Very unprofesional behaviour.

Great service from start, at one point there was an issue but it was resolved to my satisfaction immediately. I wish to point out Liam from the Service Dept is so Customer Focused and polite, professional he is a credit to BMW. Keep it up Liam.

The only reason that I didn't tick 'Completely Satisfied' is due to the fact that my expectations were incorrectly set in terms of duration for the work that I had done i.e. My appointment confirmation indicated 2 hours and it actually took 3 hours
Very disappointing service, in correct information, incorrect pricing. After having a BMW throughout my working life (company car) and now my personal cars (mine and my wife) we have found the recent service and customer experience really poor.

Checked car and handed back within 1 day and provided courtesy car, but issue still remains. The service department was used post delivery of the car due to squeekin breaks and streering pulling to one side.

Told washer water wasn't part of a service, i think this is absolute rubbish.
1. The problem still exists2. Received a text telling me my car was ready but no explanation of what had actually been done! 3. Once told nothing was found I asked device desk operative where to go from here she said dont know!
All my questions & queries were dealt with very efficiently from start to finish, I traveled over 60 miles in bad weather to get to the dealership & I shall be continuing to do so in the future for my service & repair work

I consistently receive great service from Stan Elwell, giving me a lift to Leeds station and from the University back to Stratstone to collect my car. For the past two times, Kayleigh Evans has been looking after my car service very impressively.
The manger would not even meet with me to discuss my corncerns ! He advised there was no need to come in there is nothing to discuss ! The whole situation is completely unprofessional .
The communications were excellent. The required report was produced in clear and timely manne - and the provision of the illustrative video was brillian

I arrived early but the team still booked my car straight in and it was ready quicker than I expected, I chose to wait at the dealership whilst the works were completed and Kayleigh & Liam on the service desks looked after me throughout my visit.

... brought my car in for.I requested my car was cleaned during every call - this was confirmed on the phone, then when I came to pick my car up, I had to wait 20 for it to be done.I was over charged when I came to pay and had to explain the bill..
BMW were great, unfortunately my warranty company werent.
Arrived at the garage for 9am was asked to go to the service desk, young lady took all my details and what was wrong with my car as it had a recall, I was having a loan car asked for my driving licence advised her that I did not have this.
As above. Total waste of my time taking my car there. Problem diagnoised and rectified at Marshall BMW. I very much doubt the car's wheels where ever taken off.

Arrived two months early
We have been treated like royalty when we went to collect the car. Dave Smith went the extra mile and covered the car and placed a large ribbon on top for my wife as she didn't have a clue what she was getting on the day.
Over the moon - Smooth transition from purchase to delivery. Your salesman, Ashlee Hagan, ensured that my husband and I had a fabulous handover. Taking ownership of a M4 is a special moment.

The stradstone group needs a decent shake up you are part of an international franchise & need to listen - the issues are endemic across a number of your showrooms. Its the BMW product we are purchasing not the stradstone. BMW is a fantastic product
