I was suspicious of their charging for "customer contribution". The staff I don't believe as a whole are very warm and friendly.
Great staff - Kayleigh on the service desk & Michelle Workshop control always ensure everything runs smoothly on each and every visit.The new dealership is a great facility.

It was easy to arrange a courtesy car and dealing with the service department operators. They go out of their way to make you feel you are important to them.

The lady that I was dealing with was very helpful. While my car had to be kept in another night as Stratstone didn't have the part that was needed I did get a very small reduction i price for the inconvenience.
Kayleigh is very friendly and appears to have the customers bes5 interests at heart , whoever she is dealing with. Keep up the good work.
Outstanding service from Helen Frisby, Stan Elwell and the valeting department.The staff of Stratstone Leeds are all very caring, in contrast to those at Stratstone Harrogate who are careless and hence I decine going there!

This is the 3rd dealership I have take the car to for the same problem (fuel cap not releasing when warm) and they actually listened to what I had to say, made comprehensive notes for the engineers and took time to diagnose the problem and fix it.
I had Lexus and Audis previously, in every aspect this is the worst overall experience in 15 plus years
because has to return to get airbag refitted properly
Took car in for mot. Service and fault. Mot and service ok but fault told fixed by one. When went back told not fixed ought cos could not find fault. But yet its still there. No confidence in your technicians when other technicians can find it.
The advisor on the day has been unhelpful (not the one that booked me online) and had a very arrogant tone overall that made you feel inferior. I couldnt believe it really. Very unprofesional behaviour.

Could do better. Invoice was wrong. Car was not ready to pick up. Number plate cracked ( now replaced after another visit)

Again it was Simon in sales who put me at ease throughout the whole process. From looking round the car to finding the best deal he could, from the calls he made to keep me updated to actually making time for me to collect the car earlier on the day.

I was very happy with the salesman Alex at Stratstones in Leeds . He is a likeable professional salesman and I certainly would be happy to purchase other vehicles from him
We have been treated like royalty when we went to collect the car. Dave Smith went the extra mile and covered the car and placed a large ribbon on top for my wife as she didn't have a clue what she was getting on the day.
