There was only a minimal amount of staff who were prepared to go out of their way to solve your issues. The service and communication was poor, and the attitude of some of the staff is bad.

There was a strong Wifi signal at Stratstone so I was able to work whilst I waited for my car to be MOT/serviced.

When you unplug a dash cam, reconnect it before handing the car back. I've had mine disconnected on the last 2 visits. I understand the reason why, but you should reconnect them. They're a safe device after all.

Helen in services was very helpful and understanding. She tried her best to get the best possible option / deal for me. My car had to be kept in garage for longer than expected so she arranged a courtesy car for me. I would have struggled without it.
Michael hart was good but Ranjit the manager will go above and beyond. He is the foundation to BMW stratstone leeds success.
I was abroad at the time of the work being done, but Strastone, and especially Mischelle kept me informed all along the way, ensuring my car was ready when I returned.

The service was very good but the communication needs to be improved. My car was not ready due to the parts having to be sent away for and then further time added. As I was home, this was. Not a real problem, but could have been, had I been at work.

Fairly satisfied, could be improved due to the fact that I would have been charged more money than if I booked my service on the internet (BMW website). Luckily I check these sort of things and managed to pay the lower price.

i will not be using BMW to service my car again as an ex mechanic, the tyre pressures were not checked and £444 is ridiculous for an oil change waited for car taken in at 8.10am and ready for 9.45am including wash/valet which I had to finish later

There's always room for improvement! The coffee machine was broken and there are no suitable electrical sockets for those working while waiting.

See above. Due to an engineer being off work our vehicle was kept an extra 24 hours even though we were told it wouldn't be a problem and we could pick up as normal that evening.
Straight-forward service took nigh on 3 weeks due to fault that arose on sensors, damage caused whilst in workshop and having to have oil topped-up after an oil replacement service!
Good communication. A minor irritation was that when I picked up my car, someone had left the hazard warning lights on.

Car went in for a service in immaculate condition and was returned with tears to the leather in the offside rear door card, apparently caused by a vacuum cleaner pipe. The manager flatly refused to replace the door card instead offering to glue it!

I visited the dealership in order to point out a problem. They agreed it would be covered under warranty and would order a part. I booked the car in on a day approximately 3 weeks later. On the day of the repair I was told part was sent back. !!!!!
Would have been higher but first service was way too expensive!

Good service and confidenve
Due to car being recalled and bmw stating that they failed to have the part available and my unconvinced if being left without a car for 2 days. Also bmw stayed car would be valeted on collection and failed to valet
Only downside is they couldn't fit me in for MOT on same booking as service (although I did get it cheaper from kwikfit the next day!)
Drop off/collection should be available earlier than 8am, it was gone 8:30am by the time I left the dealership having arrived pre 8am - late for work!
Speedy repairs. Service rep was polite and helpful. But 1) difficult to get through to service dept by phone and 2) car had an extra scratch which subsequently was sorted
Clean and ready before expected time
After BMW assist diagnosed problem at road side, car was booked into Stratstone for repair. At end of day one, car not repaired as dealership awaiting part. Took another day with you to rectify the fault. Why was part not pre-ordered ?
This dealership goes well beyond the expected in customer support. It continues to reinforce my decision to come here. Everybody is very helpful and friendly.. absolutely first rate.
Quality of work was very high. Frustrating that service work was finished but I had to wait almost 3hrs for the code to enable satnav update to come from Germany. Rachel was excellent at keeping me updated
My main contact was Michelle. She was very professional and friendly and clearly takes pride in her work. Her attention to detail was also second to none. Would love to have more people like Michelle in the world.
Booked in at 0805 and told reception they could have car all day. Needed MOT and service plus 3 faults rectifying as pre booked. Rang. Late afternoon great difficulty establishing status. Eventually collected 5.30 with only MOT and safety check done.
Service completed in the time stated. I was able to wait will it was done.

The purchase went well, John was a good guy to deal with, sold me what I wanted, just a few things still outstanding but it all seems in hand, the car had a scratch on the bonnet that wasn't repaired before handover, nor was protect X applied.

I had a very good experience with Strastone BMW leeds. This starts from sales department With Tom and Ranjit. They have kept their promise in terms of my deal.It was a smooth process of handover in place as I have advised in advance what needs doing.

All members of staff at the centre were very friendly and helpful. Although, I feel the communication from within the dealership could use some training in order to address the link between the sales team and the shop floor which was poor.
