I am particularly impressed by customer care of Mrs Helen Frisby and the services of Stan Elwell for providing transport for me.I requested from Helen to get a good deal for four tyres for this car and she thoroughly followed it through.
I was called to say my car was ready. Because it would have been a massive waste of my time I decided to check if the brake system failure had been fixed. Im sure it would have, theres big red warning signs on the dash. No, you hadnt done it.

since we ordered may 20th only got it it last week, noone came back to me to check up, i was to told my car was going to be delayed but they did not tell me when i will receive it as they did not know, everytime was being told is delayed.
Everything went smoothly. Staff were helpful. The new policy of breaking up roles given to staff worked well & gave a sense of accessing expertise though in reality there was no difference in the quality of the service which has always been good.
see above, very poor they had to change documents it took hours to complete the documents should have been ready when we arrived.
We where very satisfied with the centre and staff. But had issues with the car and had to bring it back the next day and then we were without it for another 7 days.

The staff were as excited as I was...The unvailing of the car in a seperate room was something Ive not experienced before with other brands and was a nice touch. I definately would recommend others buy a car from here to experience it.
Administration of the order was poor. Preparation of the car for handover was unsatisfactory.

As part of the deal i asked for the BMW M Performance Exhaust system to be installed in the car and this was not quoted or further actioned by the sales person. For me this was a big part of the purchase decision for this car.
