Efficient service centre with good friendly and helpful staff
Disappointing, last year I have booked my X1 3 times for problems with EGR valve or cooler. They was not able to identify the problem and sorted on time - first booking. I have waisted a lot of time and money.
made two visits to leeds to find that required parts had not been ordered to complete the repair
Dissatisfied with the booking process. Dissatisfied that I could not have it done at the weekend. Dissatisfied when I was told someone would ring me they didnt. As a working individual I cant do this in the week and was very annoyed at this.

The service itself was fine......however my key and car was not updated so my service message is still popping up. This will require me to go back to the garage to have it updated which is not good.
Shame there isnt a bus availability into Leeds
They forgot to do what the car was taken in for which was a break service. This was despite picking it up on the health check. They did a recall and cleaned the car but I did have to take it back again a few days later.
I would have given 5 stars however after having the car washed and cleaned whatever the finishers applied to the windows inside and out left the windows streaky and the wipers juddering, so Ive cleaned them myself with autoglym!

Simon Stolting was fantastic all the way through the purchase of the new X5. I think we were negotiating for nearly 3 weeks before we made the decision to buy the BMW X5 over the new Porsche Cayenne.
I had around a hour wait on pick up, this could have been improved by having the final checks completed prior to my arrival, but as this is the only thing which could be improved in the whole process Ive still given a 5

All very good but would have been better if a more accurate delivery date could have been forecast earlier, in the end the car came a month earlier than expected and it was a rush to get everything in place and existing car returned
As I mentioned above the disjointed sales process, handover was bad as they did not know about the car, there was less than a quarter of a tank of fuel. I even had to get someone to put caps on the number plate screws as it looked horrible
As per other notes, great service from all the staff. Very friendly and personable throughout the process. Reception, sales, handover staff and even the girl who came out on the test drive where fantastic.
since we ordered may 20th only got it it last week, noone came back to me to check up, i was to told my car was going to be delayed but they did not tell me when i will receive it as they did not know, everytime was being told is delayed.
Everything went smoothly. Staff were helpful. The new policy of breaking up roles given to staff worked well & gave a sense of accessing expertise though in reality there was no difference in the quality of the service which has always been good.
