Difficult to get booked in and when I picked it up it hadn't been cleaned inside or out. I also asked for some new dust caps but they were not fitted either.
My car has a fault; an intermittent squeaking noise either from the clutch or the handbrake. Did the service centre fix it? No. They recommended I use the "button" to apply the handbrake. My car does not even have a button; I have a manual handbrake!
The staff are friendly and efficient. My experience of this garage is more positive than any other (non-BMW) garage I have used.

The spoiler fitted has been removed and reworked 6 times now. Each time additional damage has been caused. There is too much to list here. Someone can call me.

Car repaired earlier than I expected and you managed to complete the repair next day.
At BMW Harrogate they reset the clock for my next service incorrectly which lead me to make a unrequired visit to a great deal on inconvenience and the same thing has now happend at Leeds. This is because the teams are clearly far too busy.
No takes accountability and ownership of an issue and as a result your just passed around on the phone as well when you turn up.
Everything from dropping the car at the centre to picking it up was terrible. Then I discovered the service had been performed incompetently. I sent a letter to the Service Manager over two weeks ago who has chosen to ignore me.
everything went ok , was n't contacted when the car was ready but it was done by the time told so all ok.
I was quoted for unnecessary work. Having obtained a 2nd opinion I rang the repairs manager who said that they follow the BMW plans and that all parts are replaced and it is a case of longevity. The quote was over 3 times the amount I paid elsewhere
Totally professional and friendly people
I was booked in for a specific one hour slot to resolve an issue. After 50 minutes the car had not been moved from where I parked it. Finally left the dealership 90 minutes late. Having said that, the issue was satisfactorily resolved under warranty.
Ed was fine but the rest of the staff don't seem to care. I emailed the Service Manager after the debacle I experienced and he didn't have the courtesy to respond. I waited 15 minutes when I went to pick the car up before anyone looked up.
My car wasn't completed as quickly as I would have liked but I was kept informed & customer service was good
From the purchase of the car with Simon Stolting to my handover with Simon the hand over guy, the whole purchase went smooth!

It took over 3 hours to complete the 1st service, the oil and filter changed had been completed the week before. The service indicator has not been reset and the car was not washed. I will now have to return for this to be completed

No one turned up to service my car, no booking record on the system when the appointment was made online.
Car is great. Stratstone Leeds are terrible. Full of false or contradictory information. Wont be using them again

The engineer came and talked through the service they had carried out .I was very lmpressed with the detail he went to.
Nothing wrong with the service, but money was stolen from my vehicle. I have reported this to the garage and the matter has now been adequately dealt with

told me they were going to do an oil change befor I got it but they never did when I then called them they refused to believe me and said it was done even tho the car was saying other whise they only believed me when I went to the show room 1.5 hours
Car parking for customers is ridiculous. I was first in at 07:50 and had to park in a crazy tight space. Leaving the car park was similar - car was left in a silly place. More customer parking is essential.

Overall experience was ok, but with a few issues -Poor continuity of customer care- dealing with different team members in sales and handover, having to explain things again -One staff member who had a poor attitude
Quick turn around when I needed my car back early
i had to do all the leading to get information about my car when eventually told the car was still on the back of the collection vehicle i was told i had to ring enterprise to get a replacement car, eventually got the car at 11pm
My experience while my car was is for some warranty work was excellent, Rachel the service advisor who was looking after me while I waited always kept me informed offered me as many drinks as I wanted with the bonus of free wi fi.
When I arrived, there was no room to park so I had to double-park and hope that I wasn't blocking anyone in. There was confusion about picking me up from Leeds City Centre resulting in me having to 'hang around' in town for one and a half hours!

Stratstone in Leeds is the best BMW service centre I have been to. It is a fantastic new building and has that classy BMW feel.

Simply it was a no problem ,no pressure experience
Ranjit kept me up to date throughout the build process and answered my emails promptly, answering all my questions, no matter how minor. Jack set up the handover which went smoothly and I was (and still am!) delighted with my new car.
They have given me a good deal on a car, but the after sales support hasnt been great. i jumped between that many different team members it felt a little like a production line

My experience was great. Once I knew what car and spec I wanted. They were able to source a prebuilt one that had not been registered within a day. I was then in a position to pick it up 2 weeks later.

Very happy with the new car and not needing to wait months for it to be delivered. There was an initial delay in the build and delivery of the new car. However BMW sorted that for me so that I could get into my new car sooner. I didn't need to worry.

Car was great but I did notice that tyre pressure was 1.9 bar when I got home which made me doubt whether the pre checks had been thorough enough.
I would like the name and contact email so I can send in my complaint I have sent to strathstone. I have bought many cars , Volvo, Ford, fiat, Vauxhall. I thought in pre ordering a new bmw I would get a prestigious service to enhance the experience.

Upto actually ordering the car and agreeing figures was ok, but after the order was placed is where I feel let down. Lack of communication and a poor handling of the delivery/handover process was shocking. Not happy with customer service at BMW Leeds

The handover staff - Simon; and Scott were very helpful on the day of collection. However I have since asked for further details on the insurances for tyres, alloys and paintwork and am yet to receive this (a week has now passed since asking for this
