I was suspicious of their charging for "customer contribution". The staff I don't believe as a whole are very warm and friendly.

The lady that I was dealing with was very helpful. While my car had to be kept in another night as Stratstone didn't have the part that was needed I did get a very small reduction i price for the inconvenience.

This is the 3rd dealership I have take the car to for the same problem (fuel cap not releasing when warm) and they actually listened to what I had to say, made comprehensive notes for the engineers and took time to diagnose the problem and fix it.

Took car in for mot. Service and fault. Mot and service ok but fault told fixed by one. When went back told not fixed ought cos could not find fault. But yet it’s still there. No confidence in your technicians when other technicians can find it.

The advisor on the day has been unhelpful (not the one that booked me online) and had a very arrogant tone overall that made you feel inferior. I couldnt believe it really. Very unprofesional behaviour.
