Straight-forward service took nigh on 3 weeks due to fault that arose on sensors, damage caused whilst in workshop and having to have oil topped-up after an oil replacement service!
Good communication. A minor irritation was that when I picked up my car, someone had left the hazard warning lights on.
Car went in for a service in immaculate condition and was returned with tears to the leather in the offside rear door card, apparently caused by a vacuum cleaner pipe. The manager flatly refused to replace the door card instead offering to glue it!

I visited the dealership in order to point out a problem. They agreed it would be covered under warranty and would order a part. I booked the car in on a day approximately 3 weeks later. On the day of the repair I was told part was sent back. !!!!!
Would have been higher but first service was way too expensive!
The help and advice received from Ms Georgie Mitchell in the Service Department was greatly appreciated.
Good service and confidenve
Due to car being recalled and bmw stating that they failed to have the part available and my unconvinced if being left without a car for 2 days. Also bmw stayed car would be valeted on collection and failed to valet
Only downside is they couldn't fit me in for MOT on same booking as service (although I did get it cheaper from kwikfit the next day!)
Drop off/collection should be available earlier than 8am, it was gone 8:30am by the time I left the dealership having arrived pre 8am - late for work!
Speedy repairs. Service rep was polite and helpful. But 1) difficult to get through to service dept by phone and 2) car had an extra scratch which subsequently was sorted
After BMW assist diagnosed problem at road side, car was booked into Stratstone for repair. At end of day one, car not repaired as dealership awaiting part. Took another day with you to rectify the fault. Why was part not pre-ordered ?
Clean and ready before expected time
This dealership goes well beyond the expected in customer support. It continues to reinforce my decision to come here. Everybody is very helpful and friendly.. absolutely first rate.
Booked in at 0805 and told reception they could have car all day. Needed MOT and service plus 3 faults rectifying as pre booked. Rang. Late afternoon great difficulty establishing status. Eventually collected 5.30 with only MOT and safety check done.
My main contact was Michelle. She was very professional and friendly and clearly takes pride in her work. Her attention to detail was also second to none. Would love to have more people like Michelle in the world.
Service completed in the time stated. I was able to wait will it was done.
Quality of work was very high. Frustrating that service work was finished but I had to wait almost 3hrs for the code to enable satnav update to come from Germany. Rachel was excellent at keeping me updated

Excellent this time round
I reported 2 issues to the service team and during the day neither were fixed.
They took 2 years to sort a suspension knocking even though I informed them what the problem was! Again having to take car back in as they have not repaired an engine fault which they stated was repaired - worst after sales I have ever experienced.
See above They couldn't find my courtesy car so they gave me another which was filthy. Also when I collected the car I tried to ask a few questions and wasn't given any meaningful answers .
3 weeks 3 days to fix a door latch
I was kept waiting for 3 hours before my car was ready even though an appointment had been made.
Booked in for my chosen date - arrived and was given a lift to work and collected at the end of the day. I liked the video the technician did!
Difficult to get booked in and when I picked it up it hadn't been cleaned inside or out. I also asked for some new dust caps but they were not fitted either.
I had to wait 55 minutes for someone to speak with me when I brought my car in. I have called back twice as advised if the issue wasn't fixed and on both occasions I was promised a phone call back but I am still waiting 11 days after my call.
My car has a fault; an intermittent squeaking noise either from the clutch or the handbrake. Did the service centre fix it? No. They recommended I use the "button" to apply the handbrake. My car does not even have a button; I have a manual handbrake!
The staff are friendly and efficient. My experience of this garage is more positive than any other (non-BMW) garage I have used.

The spoiler fitted has been removed and reworked 6 times now. Each time additional damage has been caused. There is too much to list here. Someone can call me.

All members of staff at the centre were very friendly and helpful. Although, I feel the communication from within the dealership could use some training in order to address the link between the sales team and the shop floor which was poor.

Sales staff left me feeling invaluable. poor communication. No drive or excitement when purchasing. High pressure to put down deposit. delayed delivery of vehicle. pointless trips made to show room when documentation and car was not ready yet.
Very friendly people who all look after you whilst buying your new car.
Some slight issues around cost, which slowed things down and it therefore took a little longer than expected. Other than that, great.
The showroom was immaculate , the staff were courteous and friendly . I was taken out on the best test drive of a car ever , One similar to the car we purchased . From order through to delivery we couldn't be more happier .

Stratstone in Leeds is the best BMW service centre I have been to. It is a fantastic new building and has that classy BMW feel.
Quality of the complete experience from start to finish. they always did that extra bit to make the experience standout. Even the little things, nothing seems too much trouble.
Ranjit kept me up to date throughout the build process and answered my emails promptly, answering all my questions, no matter how minor. Jack set up the handover which went smoothly and I was (and still am!) delighted with my new car.
