The initial salesman who sold me the car was competent however the communication throughout the process was shocking. Most of the time the phone remains unanswered. Emails also went unanswered. The handover when it eventually came was rushed.

Poor quality of service, phones not answered and when selecting choices required to the service dept being cut off on every occasion, but sale lines were prompt to answer. Vehicle left unlocked and h/brake off when parked up.

I can't fault the work that was done by the mechanics. However my 1st appointment was cancelled. I phoned up to confirm and was told it was cancelled less than 24hrs notice and I had booked time off work too.

Job was fine but when I walked in in the morning I was rushed out quickly before I could ask about a courtesy car. Was also told at least 5 times they'd wash the car and they didn't. £20 spent on ubers that day. Other garages have been much better.

It was OK - there was no courtesy car booked for me though and I had to sit and wait for 4 hours, not sure who's issue it was there not being a car as this is a fleet vehicle, but I had email confirmation that there would be one. Parking is an issue

On the video that was sent it stated the tyres had been topped up with air. The data on the dash showed all 4 tyres with different levels. I had to then fill the tyres with air myself.

I had asked for an engineer to look at the vents on my windscreen as I could not clean the condensation very easily and it was potentially dangerous when driving. I was told I would have to book the car in for a full day for diagnosis!
