Car was clean and tyre changed when it was picked up but both issues I took it in for are not fixed so will have to make another visit. Key drop off is poor as can't really explain what the issue is properly especially as it's intermittent.

The worst experience I had with this dealer and complaint has been raised and the issue I had has not been resolved. When I requested to speak to the manager I never heard anything for over 2 weeks I had to chase them again after 2 weeks. Bad & bad

Charlotte was amazing and couldnt have done anymore. But this showroom never has loan cars; you have to fight with them constantly and then when you get one its never clean. The staff are rude and make it so difficult. Charlotte is fab!!

The service since I have purchased the car which came with a 12 month warrantee has been shocking. The garage never pick up the phone, appts are always cancelled due to no part for recall, and obvious issues are now past the warrantee due to this.

Their communication is terrible. Phone line to service just rings and rings. Once it rang for 45 mins before someone picked it up. Also wanted a quote for 4 new tyres still waiting. Almost a month to repair my aircon simply not good enough.
