Miles understood my requirements, listened and helped find a solution. Loved that he wasn't pushy at all. Ensured when I picked the car up it was set up correctly. Nothing was a problem. Miles is a great asset to you and will be recommending him.

Hari in reception is so kind,helpful and friendly. Josiah (Jos) Hamlin the Sales person gave 100% attention to detail in all areas of the process. Simon Stolting, the Business Manager has been exceptional in dealing with an outstanding issue.

For the cat that has an expensive price as that of a BMW, the sales and purchase experience was very disappointing. It was very difficult to get a call back from the sales rep, even after leaving multiple messages with colleagues at the Sales centre.

lack of communication between service team and the team who contacted me when I called to see if my car was ready. The gentlemen who answered the phone was quite arrogant and told me if the email has been received; the car is ready. It was not ready.

I had selected the free hoover and clean when reconfirming my appointment online for a break fluid service. Spent over a 1000gbp in the end and the clean and hoover hadn't been done which was disappointing considering how much had been spent.

Took my vehicle in for a service, it was not done on the day, my keys were stuck in the lock box and I was without my vehicle for the weekend. I had to pay to fill up the courtesy car and many of the staff were rude and disorganised.

When I called person said someone would call me back. No one did after 10 days I went to the branch and booked my car in. The girl there was really good, can't remember her name but did what she promised. My car should have been cleaned but wasn't.

No courtesy car on recent recall although this seems to be a BMW led instruction to not provide this. Found this very poor practice for loyal customers

Yeah cause they check your car properly and then tell you what need working on the car plus free cleaning inside your car and stuff is amazing. I think the lady called JAS she was one of the top very polite as well

Nobody in the dealership could provide a satisfactory handover.Took 3 attempts and also a visit to my home to complete it. For a car costing £120k it was staggering to be so unprofessional

There is very little personal service, even checking your vehicle in for a service is done by a drop box.

They took my X3 F25 2.0 in for the EGR recall and left oil dripping from a breather which went over the EGR valve and told me the customer to wipe it off. For a premium brand of car you expect a reasonable level of service.

Was advised to collect my car Monday, called 3 times and was advised a call back, never happened. Turned up Monday teatime to collect my car, was advised it wasn't ready till Tuesday. 30 mile round trip and taxis for no reason.

I wasn't quoted for the job accurately and wended up spending more that I expected. The job was completely quickly on the basis that my car to recovered to Stratstone Leeds however this would not have been my first choice. The facilities are dated.

Dropped car at 8.30am as booked, wasn't ready till after the agreed pick up time so had to wait. Quite rushed handover and service person not certain if map update had been completed which had been booked too.

Booked my car in at 9:45, but overran my collection time at 12:00. The lounge area was very noisy during my last hour of waiting for my car, due to a contractor drilling the concrete floor around me. Could this work have been done at another time?

We were a little frustrated with the aftersales. Our new vehicle had a couple of faults showing and required attention. This took two weeks to change the oil in the transfer box and fit a track star tracker. The communication was poor to be honest.

even though my car was under warranty still had to pay with a supposed issue. Car still has the issue and now this will follow with a complaint as to why i have paid for the work doing and it still has the same fault. clearly the part wasn't needed

The only let down was the quality of courtesy car available when compared to other bmw dealerships and brands. It's always the case. Apart from that everything else is excellent. The reason for 3 stars is, that for me, a courtesy car is significant.
