For the cat that has an expensive price as that of a BMW, the sales and purchase experience was very disappointing. It was very difficult to get a call back from the sales rep, even after leaving multiple messages with colleagues at the Sales centre.

lack of communication between service team and the team who contacted me when I called to see if my car was ready. The gentlemen who answered the phone was quite arrogant and told me if the email has been received; the car is ready. It was not ready.

I had selected the free hoover and clean when reconfirming my appointment online for a break fluid service. Spent over a 1000gbp in the end and the clean and hoover hadn't been done which was disappointing considering how much had been spent.
