Time scale rubbish. Can't get through to anybody as they don't answer the phone and the manger clearly just tells you what you want to hear

Asked for my rear parking sensor to be looked at / fixed. Nothing was said when I collected the car so I assumed this had been done, yet seemingly it hasn't even been looked at.

No apologies given. Just lots of almost 'made up' excuses. I felt pushed aside and almost neglected. Probably because my car was old? Or it was a re-call instead or a sale? Not sure. Poor service. Our next BMW will be from a different dealership.
