Every single person at BMW was extremely helpful and friendly. From checking in with the receptionist to speaking with Jos in sales and having conversations with lovely employees in the bookings department for repairs.

Customer service is very good. Showroom is a very nice place to be. Refreshments provided while you wait. Having access to a courtesy car as I booked early enough. Customer service seem knowledgeable and are friendly and did email back promptly.

Was asked to take a seat and after 55 minutes I went back to the desk and they had forgotten about me! One positive note - one of the ladies made me 2 Cups of coffee as the drink machine was faulty - feel like I wasted a whole day
