BMW always provide a fabulous experience. The environment is superb. My husband is disabled & is using a wheelchair, staff members could not have helped more & did everything to make the experience comfortable . JP & Hari were particularly helpful.

Most certainly the young lady (Catlynn) did a full inspection of my vehicle and fitted rear brake pads gave me a very confident feeling of proffesionalism. For someone like me that is extremely important

Car was requested to be cleaned as a complimentary service however this was not completed. Also a bit disappointed that I now have to bring the vehicle back for another service only days after being in the garage. The brakes now require attention.

I returned to collect my car and all the displays and instrument panel was all over the place. I had to spend ages resetting modes, and displays and personal driving options to my original settings. Most annoying.
