My car wasn't ready when I first turned up, because they were waiting for the finance to pay out. I was kept updated extremely well and made sure I was looked after. Jay really made sure everything was easy and straight forward.

Everything was just right. JP the sales consultant at Leeds was great to deal with in fact my wife got her new car with him and we were yery happy with the overall experiance. So much so that I went back a weeks later and got a BMW X3 again with JP.

Every single person at BMW was extremely helpful and friendly. From checking in with the receptionist to speaking with Jos in sales and having conversations with lovely employees in the bookings department for repairs.

My service experience was great. I got to BMW LEEDS over an hour before the opening time and I met 2 wonderful souls SAM and TRACY. They went above and beyond to ensure I got my car and I was able to meet up with my engagement.

Martyna was also good at keeping in contact through each stage and responded to emails. It took a number of attempts to diagnose and fix the problem I had with my car before it was returned to me, which I am happy about as it showed diligence.

Second time in for a valet, did not do the first time. Day before I was also told it was booked in for a recall, which no ine had told me about. Nor have I received any letter.

Aadil dealt with my service. All the work was carried out as agreed. Aadil also helped me with a couple of minor issues I had with my vehicle at no extra cost.

Initially I arrived early before the centre opened but I could not access the drop box for the key. Your video stated you could drop the car/key out of hours then I found that actually I had to wait until someone opened the centre to gain access.

Having had 3 new M cars from Stratstone this will be my last from the Group. Not inspecting the squeaking brakes on my 2 year old M car (@8500 miles) under warranty and asking me to pay for a strip and clean is absurd. The service was done adequately

Car dropped aff at 9am. Message received at lunchtime to say it would be ready to pick up at 5pm. In fact, not ready until after 6pm and no complimentary wash or vacuum

It was good to have a contact name when checking my car in. There is one to one contact with the service centre and I was kept informed whilst my car was in for service. I was extremely happy with the service from Stratstone Leeds.

Customer service is very good. Showroom is a very nice place to be. Refreshments provided while you wait. Having access to a courtesy car as I booked early enough. Customer service seem knowledgeable and are friendly and did email back promptly.

Was asked to take a seat and after 55 minutes I went back to the desk and they had forgotten about me! One positive note - one of the ladies made me 2 Cups of coffee as the drink machine was faulty - feel like I wasted a whole day
