Service history on IDrive was not updated after the service. I now need to visit the centre again to have it updated. A breakdown of the service cost would have been appreciated after questioning the cost.

Only problem was that the audio on the inspection video was barely audible so I couldn't hear any of the commentary.

Annoyed Stratstone Leeds failed to end the hire car lease for 3 days after the vehicle was returned. This resulted in delays to the refund of deposit & an awkward call when the lease company phoned to ask if I was still using the vehicle.
